Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, excluding USA.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship your product within 3 days, you should receive products within 21 days, depending on the time it takes courier and/or customs for international orders.

If you do not receive your order within 31 days you will be eligible for a full refund. 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed are inclusive of tax. You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes depending on your location.

If you refuse a delivery due to customs, the courier charges us a return fee which we will deduct from your refund.
