Valiance does not offer refunds on any items.
You can exchange your item/ receive store credit for the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your order, the cost of shipping returns are not covered by Valiance.
Your item must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
All orders can be exchanged once and once only. Please ensure you check all size guides and descriptions before placing an order.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Issues
Contact us immediately in the unlikely event your order is defected or you've received the wrong item(s).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), underwear or certain items of jewellery such as earrings.
Items purchased using store credit are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded for store credit.
